Terms of Service
Effective August 27, 2026
These Terms are a contract between you and BB & Co., the operator of VibeShop. By creating an account or using VibeShop you agree to them. Please read them — they include a licence to your content, disclaimers, and a limit on our liability.
1. Who can use VibeShop
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to use VibeShop, and old enough to form a binding contract. If you use VibeShop on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at rhinos-mack.9o@icloud.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Licence to use VibeShop
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use VibeShop for your own personal, non-commercial style discovery, subject to these Terms.
4. Your content and data
When you take the quiz, set your sliders, swipe, save brands, or otherwise put information into VibeShop, you grant BB & Co. a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, use, reproduce, analyse, adapt and create derived and aggregated data from that content in order to operate, personalise, improve and develop VibeShop and our matching and recommendation models. This licence lets us keep using aggregated and de-identified insights even after you stop using VibeShop. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the service or its security; access it by automated means or scrape it except as we permit; reverse engineer or copy it except where the law allows; resell or commercially exploit it; or use it to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
6. Our content
VibeShop, and everything in it we provide — its software, design, text, brand and style descriptions, and other materials — belongs to BB & Co. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you.
7. Third-party brands and links
VibeShop helps you discover brands and may link you out to third-party retailers and websites. We do not own or control them and are not responsible for their products, content, prices, availability or privacy practices. Any purchase or dealing you have with a third party is between you and them. Brand names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
8. Service changes
We are still building VibeShop, so we may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we may set or change limits on the service. We are not liable to you for doing so.
9. Disclaimers
VibeShop is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its matches, recommendations or descriptions will suit your taste or be accurate. VibeShop is for personal style discovery and is not professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BB & Co. and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) VibeShop. Our total liability for any claim relating to VibeShop will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BB & Co. harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of VibeShop or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You can stop using VibeShop at any time and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to. Sections that by their nature should survive — including content licence, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity — continue after termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and BB & Co. submit to the courts located there, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use VibeShop after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
